It has been a long road to the World Cup for Panama, who are competing at the tournament for the time in their history.
They may not have got off to the best of starts, losing 3-0 in their opener against Belgium, but England boss Gareth Southgate has insisted his side would be foolish to take them lightly ahead of their Group G clash at the Nizhny Novgorod Stadium on Sunday.
But Southgate would be forgiven for not having known much about Panama before the draw for the tournament – and most England fans would probably to struggle any of their starting eleven.
