An increasing number of reports are coming in that Xbox Live services are down tonight across Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
According to the latest report from gamers, party chat services have stopped working when using multiplayer games online.
It’s unclear what might have caused the outage or how long it might affect gamers tonight on Xbox consoles.
Most of the initial reports are coming in from the United States but it looks like problems with Xbox Live Party Chat are being reported in Europe too.
One gamer explaining tonight’s problems, reports: “I can join party’s but can’t talk nor can I hear people and even have trouble leaving the party, after a while, it gives me a Party error… party’s are down.”
Another adds: “Xbox live party not working for me yet my fiancé is on and talking to her friends.”
Reports have grown into the thousands tonight, but the good news is that this still remains a relatively low number for an outage.
And this could mean that tonight Xbox Live service outage might not keep Party Chat services down for long.
No update has been provided from Xbox Live Support Services tonight, but some kind of announcement is expected if the outage continues.
