A fresh batch of Games with Gold titles will be available to download in November but they won’t include any new Xbox Series X support. With next month being the first to include the new next-gen console, fans had been wondering if Microsoft would be making changes to the subscription service. Sony has announced that they will be offering the first free PS5 game for PS Plus members next month. But for Xbox Series X adopters, the same won’t be the case for having a Games with Gold subscription.
Microsoft has confirmed that Aragami: Shadow Edition will be the first Xbox One game to go live in November, followed by Swimsanity! On November 16.
And for the classic lineup via Backward Compatibility, gamers will be able to download the original Xbox title, Full Spectrum Warrior and the Xbox 360 version of Lego Indiana Jones.
No changes have been announced regarding how Xbox Live Gold will function with the Xbox Series X, or if there will ever be free games from the console made available.
