But eagle-eyed fans have spotted there are subtle differences between the original PlayStation games from the 90s, and the ones shown in the videos posted on Twitter.
In a post online Rely on Horror have gone into depth about this, pointing out the differences in the inventories shown – particularly with Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.
They said the videos of inventory screens for RE1 and RE2 that Capcom posted on Twitter offer a number of subtle differences.
For instance, the RE1 video shows a ribbon item that looks crisper than before, with “multiple” UI items moved around.
While the RE2 video also shows some subtle changes, which suggests the captured footage is from an updated game.
For instance, the Precinct Key is now called the Club Key, and the colours shown in the window have also been tweaked.
